A British study revealed that the risk of children contracting the emerging coronavirus for a long time is very small.
And the British newspaper, The Sun, stated that the study conducted by King’s College and included more than 2,500 children concluded that the resilience of young people in the face of Corona is high and that they recover from it in less than seven days.
Professor Emma Duncan of the study team explained that the long-term infection with corona in adults extends for more than eight weeks and about four weeks in children, noting that the study found that the long-term infection rate in children did not exceed 2%, which is a very small percentage.
