remembers the job interview in autumn 1978, when the young saleswoman, who was still called Martha Schuster at the time, convinced him immediately.
Over the years, Martha Ludwig became a mainstay of the fashion house, selling everything from children's clothing to women's fashion and also taking on responsible tasks in the background.
"Countless customers have found their favorite salesperson in her," emphasizes managing director Wolfgang Kraus.
Together with his father, he thanked the 63-year-old for the decades of loyalty and her contribution to the continued existence of the traditional company.
To the delight of the entire Kraus team, the Eittinger will not say goodbye entirely. On a mini-job basis, she continues to support her customers with her expertise one day a week. In retirement, she wants to work more in the garden, go hiking in the mountains and, above all, look after her grandchildren.
