A violent brawl broke out yesterday (Friday) in Kibbutz Nir David between a group of activists for the liberation of Nahal Hasi and members of the kibbutz.

The kibbutz secretary, Lavi Meiri, was injured in the exchange of blows and needed medical treatment.

According to members of the kibbutz, the group of "Hasi liberators" infiltrated their territory from the creek itself and attacked them.

The liberators, who claim to be the ones attacked by members of the economy, filed a complaint with the police yesterday.

Nir David members filed a parallel complaint today.

In the video taken by the "Hassi liberators" themselves, they appear to be walking on a bridge over the creek and being stopped by the secretary and other kibbutz members and pushing their way over the bridge.

In a statement issued by Kibbutz Nir David, it was claimed that "starting at 12:00 noon, protest activists stormed the kibbutz with a car and on foot. At about 16:30, about ten young protesters climbed a ladder they brought with them to break into the kibbutz and use it to cross the gate and enter the kibbutz. "They passed a bridge where the kibbutz secretary and a number of friends were staying. Protest activists pushed, beat and cursed the kibbutz members, including a minor.

On the other hand, the "Release the Hassi" organization also issued a statement claiming that "Kibbutz Secretary Lavi Meiri, accompanied by several residents, blocked and prevented crossing the Hassi Bridge from several boys when they came out of the kibbutz, after staying on the banks of the creek. Aggressive violence was used against those boys. "Some of them were injured in their bodies." The association added that "this is probably the kibbutz's response to the opinion of the State of Israel, which calls for the immediate release of the stream."

The Asi liberators came out of the creek and tried to get out through a bridge.

The struggle over Nahal Hassi continues against the background of the state's compromise proposal, which was submitted this week, as part of the Shas movement's petition on the subject, which was discussed in the Haifa District Court. David.

Therefore, it is appropriate to examine the accessibility of the stream to the general public, in a way that does not pass through the kibbutz's residential area, however, even if access to the stream requires passage in areas belonging to the kibbutz on a regular basis, it can not be prevented from the general public. On the northern bank of the stream, in the western part of the kibbutz, it will be possible to pass through it.
