Ratiba Al-Melidi, one of the Waqf organizations and head of the Wa'atasemo organization, indicated that the demands in Tunisia to restore relations with Syria did not stop, stressing the need for the Tunisian government to meet this urgent popular demand, while the head of the Syrian Community Association, Talal Al-Hassan, expressed appreciation to the Tunisian people and demanded the restoration of brotherly relations between Tunisia and Syria He stressed that the Syrian people's success in achieving the presidential elections and President al-Assad's victory in the presidential elections confirm that Syria has persevered and won in the face of the global war waged against it.
In turn, Hassan Diab, a Syrian residing in Tunisia and one of the organizers of the protest, said that restoring relations between Tunisia and Syria has become a very important national issue, stressing that Syria, despite all that it has been subjected to, today emerges victorious over all the reactionary and obscurantist forces, and it expresses the will of its people through the completion of the presidential elections. .
