The classification as risk areas simplifies the return from the affected countries to Germany: The digital entry registration is no longer necessary, and there is no longer a negative corona test.

Only airline passengers are still required to submit a negative test.

Holidays 2021: These countries are no longer high-incidence areas

Some countries that were previously classified as high-incidence areas due to high numbers of infections will also be considered "normal risk areas" from Sunday.

This means that all you need is a digital entry registration and a negative corona test - except for those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered with appropriate evidence.

As soon as the proof of this is transmitted via the entry portal, the quarantine does not apply.
