At 9:55 am today (7th), the police received a report stating that a running man fainted and fell into a coma on the Tolo Highway in Tai Po near Seaview Villa.

The ambulancemen arrived at the scene and sent the 67-year-old foreign male victim to the Tai Po Nethersole Hospital for treatment.

He is currently in the intensive care department.

Sources at the scene stated that at the time of the incident, many citizens witnessed the male victim fell into a coma and came forward to assist. During the incident, a male passerby and a doctor who was cycling through the site provided first aid and cardiopulmonary procedures for the male victim. After resuscitation (CPR), an ambulance arrived and was immediately sent to hospital for treatment.
