Bad Tölz - "It seems to be the rule that you hit each other," says the juvenile court assistant about the ambivalent relationship between the two, which brought the son to the juvenile court in Wolfratshausen.
He was sentenced to one week of detention for two counts of dangerous bodily harm and willful assault.
Son is said to have beaten his father lying on the ground
On September 23, last year, the 21-year-old is said to have kicked his father in the head and chest at a bus stop in Geretsried and beat him while he was lying on the ground.
He hit him, the defendant admitted.
But he did not step.
“Then his head would look completely different.” And besides: “I can't get up with my knuckle so far that I could hit his head.” The father confirmed: “He didn't kick.
He crouched on top of me and gave me a few slaps. ”The reason for his tantrum was a previous action by his father:“ I made a call and he slapped my cell phone on my ear, ”said the son.
Hit the back of the head with a saucepan
The second accused was also preceded by a dispute.
“We fought like a hell of a lot,” confirms the father, “I hit him on the backside with a pot.” Then the son ran after him and reciprocated in his own way - with a slap and a punch in the stomach.
“He can have done what he wants.
That's no reason to hit him.
Then call the police ”, judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund scolded the young man, about whose further behavior she could only shake her head.
On December 1, during an interrogation by the police, the defendant asserted that he was sorry and would not come back.
But only two days later, according to the prosecution, he hit the father with an empty beverage carrier because he had "previously stressed".
The court imposed permanent arrest for one week
“That is not a condition.
You have to pull yourself together, ”warned juvenile court assistant Josephin Bettzüge, who reported on the defendant's difficult development.
The boy overwhelmed his father, “his most important caregiver”, with “massive behavioral problems” at an early age.
As a punishment proposal, she put a week of permanent arrest in the room.
"So that it gets to you that it doesn't go on like this."
The court accepted the suggestion.
The judge recommended that the defendant take advantage of the week.
"Think about how you would like to live with your father in the future." The defendant said: "I see that I screwed up, and I will sit down for the week."
