The Love Association explained the incident on Facebook today (7th), referring to the investigation in the scene with the police today, asking the cat owner to bring the cat for medical treatment, and the other party finally agreed to bring the cat for follow-up consultation.

When the police arrived today, the inspector of the Association visited again and asked the cat owner to face the cat’s health as soon as possible, and took the cat to the veterinary clinic for treatment. At first, the cat owner refused to accept the suggestion, saying that he had volunteers to take care of Wangcai and went to the veterinary clinic for treatment. After much lobbying, he agreed to take the cat to the veterinary clinic for follow-up treatment later this week.
