"The texts for the application of the law must be prepared now (...) so that couples of women can enroll in assisted reproduction courses from the start of the school year and that the first children can be conceived before the end of the year. 2021 ”, declared the Minister, at the start of the debates in new reading on this bill which should also open medically assisted procreation to single women.

Surrogacy, an "impassable red line"

“After nearly a year and a half of a health crisis which has profoundly changed the lives of the French and the life of this assembly, I cannot help seeing in the return of this text to Parliament the sign of a country that is once again looking to the future with confidence, with high standards, ”adds Olivier Véran. More than 1,500 amendments are on the menu until Friday on this river text, carried for the research part by Minister Frédérique Vidal.
