Case 4000: The cross-examination of Ilan Yeshua in the Netanyahu trial continues
The defense's claims have been heard for the 16th day in the Jerusalem District Court.
Netanyahu's defense attorney, Adv. Boaz Ben Tzur, claimed that Yeshua did not respond to every request presented to him by Nir Hefetz, and even presented evidence to that effect.
"If the claim is of abnormal response, it is a polite request that is not answered."

The cross-examination of former Walla! CEO Ilan Yeshua in the 4000 case continues today (Wednesday) in the Jerusalem District Court, by the defense attorney for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Adv. Boaz Ben-Zur.
This is the 16th day of the cross-examination of Yeshua, the first witness in Netanyahu's trial - accused of bribery, fraud and breach of trust.
According to the indictment, there were demands from Netanyahu for fan coverage on the Walla! Website, and these were in most cases answered in the affirmative by the site's owners, Shaul and Iris Elowitz, in exchange for government benefits from Netanyahu.
The largest of these is the sale of yes shares that were controlled by Elowitz to the Bezeq Group, in such a way that, according to the suspicion, it generated at least NIS 1.8 billion for Elowitz.

Netanyahu's defense attorney, Adv. Boaz Ben Tzur, presented in court several publications that appeared in the Walla! Website in February 2015, most of which were negative toward Netanyahu.
