progression of 137%"
, that is to say from 24 to 57 cases, of interventions by the GIGN and the RAID on dangerous individuals of this type.
Latest operations to date: a man, entrenched at his home in the Hautes-Alpes, shot dead by the GIGN, or this former military artificer, neutralized by the RAID in Agen (Lot-et-Garonne) after threatening to blow up his building.
These successive dramas earned Emmanuel Macron a strong comment: "
We are in a society which is increasingly violent
".
