New world record: A woman in South Africa gave birth to ten children
Tests by the 37-year-old woman showed that there were "only" eight fetuses in her womb, but two more babies were found at birth.
"I'm happy. I'm excited. I can't talk much," her husband said.
The couple already has a pair of twins.

A 37-year-old South African woman has given birth to ten babies, in what could be a new world record. Josiam's husband Tamra Cithol said they were shocked after tests showed that in her womb there were "only" eight fetuses.
"It's seven boys and three girls. I'm happy. I'm excited. I can 't talk much," husband Husband Taboho Tsutsi told Pretoria News after the birth, which happened Monday night. The couple are already parents to twins, who were born six years ago.
According to reports in South Africa, the woman is in good condition, after undergoing a cesarean delivery in the 29th week of her pregnancy at a Pretoria hospital. The Guinness Book of Records told the BBC it was examining the birth of Sithhol, which occurred just a month after a 25-year-old Mali girl gave birth to nine children in Morocco. Only two more tithes were ever recorded, but none of the infants survived more than a few days.
The official record before the last multiple births in South Africa and Morocco belongs to a woman from the United States, who gave birth to eight live babies in 2009.
Most pregnancies in which there are a large number of fetuses end in miscarriages, and are usually the product of fertility treatments.
However, the South African couple said the pregnancy was natural.

"miracle"
About a month ago, Cithol said her pregnancy was "difficult from the start" and that she prays the birth will go smoothly.
She said she had spent many nights without a year due to the fear of what was to come.
"How will they get along in the womb? Will they survive?", She described her worries to Patriot News, but doctors reassured her and told her her womb was expanding.
She suffered pain in her legs during pregnancy, and doctors found that two of the eight fetuses were "not in the right trumpet."
She said at the time, "It was treated and I have been fine ever since. I am really looking forward to my children."
Her husband said he too was happy to heaven, and felt like "one of God's chosen sons. I appreciate this miracle."
