According to the head of Medef, three levers are currently possible to carry out this reform: an increase in contributions, which it is no longer possible to increase;
the temporary deindexation of pensions, which would imply a temporary effort on the part of retirees;
finally, a change in the retirement age.
“
The real reform is to work longer
,” said Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux.
As a reminder, the executive plans to push back the retirement age before the end of the five-year term.

A presidential debate
A pension reform should be the subject of a "
presidential debate
", estimated the president of Medef, who opposed any "
reform-patch in three months
", in an interview with Les Echos published Tuesday evening .
“

“
It's the only social reform that affects everyone.

”, again pleaded the boss of the bosses, who said not to want“
of reform-patch in three months, otherwise it will be necessary to come back to it after the presidential election.
