Intensive training conducted by the physical strength player in Lattakia Police Club, Ahmed Abdullah, who won the Republic Championship title several times, in preparation for the upcoming benefits that await him.
Abdullah, who won the gold medal, the squat silver and the bronze overall in the Asian Championship that took place in China in 2019, aspires to add a sporting achievement to Syria in the upcoming tournaments, most notably the Asian Classic Championship that will be held in China.
In a statement to SANA Sports Bulletin, Abdullah said: “I am preparing according to a training program that focuses on raising the physical and technical condition in order to reach the qualified number to compete strongly for the first places in the Asian Classic Championship and from there to participate in the next world championship, and it will be an opportunity to prove the merit of the Syrian players.”
Abdullah won the Republic Championship title for the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 in the youth category and in the men’s category for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
