Sara Rogel, the Salvadoran woman who was sentenced to 30 years in prison on charges of aggravated murder after an abortion complaint, was released from prison on Monday after obtaining her early release, although the resolution of the case remains pending.
In a first meeting with the media, Rogel said that she was not a danger to society, and that women remain in prison who also deserve justice.
