The Senate of the Dominican Republic approved this Tuesday a resolution that asks the president, Luis Abinader, to prohibit the entry to public and private places to people who are not vaccinated against covid-19.
The proposal recommends the Executive to provide for the prohibition of the entry to places of public and private services, food outlets, banks, restaurants, the use of public transport and other places that involve the agglomeration of men and women, to people who are not inoculated with the covid-19 vaccine.
This, in order to preserve collective health and the public good, as explained by the proponent of the measure, Senator Dionis Sánchez.
