The artistic forum, which was held by the Damascus branch of the Union of Plastic Artists in the Arab gallery, hosted more than 30 artistic talents, their ages ranged between young and old, over a period of two days.

The forum, whose products will be displayed through a special exhibition in the coming period, during which the participants executed more than 40 paintings with various techniques, methods and topics that reflected their talents and the level of each of them.

The plastic artist Maha Mahfouz, head of the Damascus branch of the Union of Fine Artists, explained that the forum came on the occasion of the constitutional achievement and the victory of Dr. The mainstay of the homeland in the reconstruction phase.

Mahfouz described the atmosphere of the forum as interactive among the participants to exchange experiences between them on the one hand and to benefit from the expertise of the professional artists supervising the forum, noting that the branch council sought to make this experiment a success by securing all its needs.

The plastic artist, Abeer Al-Sarraj, responsible for the exhibitions and activities office in the branch, explained that the management of the forum provided everything necessary for its success and the comfort of the participants.

The participant, Kinan Zain Al-Din, a student at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, executed several lettering paintings and expressed his happiness to participate in the forum, as it is one of the activities that support young people and help them exchange experiences and knowledge to develop their talents.

Participant Fatima Muzahim, a secondary school student, explained that she participated in the forum as an expression of her love for Dr. Bashar al-Assad through her drawings.

Nagham Azzouz, a third-year student at the Faculty of Fine Arts, stated that she drew a painting of a young child looking at the moon and seeing life from his own perspective, indicating that she benefited from the forum by getting to know new friends and new artistic ideas.

The participant, Aus Al-Hijjah, a graduate of the Institute of Plastic and Applied Arts, drew an expressive painting that included a woman dancing on the mountain of sorrows and behind her the giant moon, in an indication of the ability of the Syrian people to overcome their wounds, sorrows and renaissance towards a bright future.

For his part, secondary school student Manar Sbenati pointed out that the forum was distinguished by the diversity of the ages of the participants and their technical and knowledge levels, which gave an effective situation for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, especially for those who are younger.

Participant Ramah Abu Zeidan drew a painting using a special technique in which printing and collage were adopted, symbolizing the impact that a person leaves in life. As for the participant, Suha Eid, she executed a painting using the oil color technique, through which she expressed the brotherhood between the components of the Syrian people.

The participant, Muhammad Nour Arar, chose a portrait of an elderly man, expressing the importance of the forum in opening new horizons for the young participants and taking their hand.
