Yuan Haoyi pointed out that the epidemic has paralyzed the tourism industry for a long time and affected the family budget of employees. In order to allow employees to have income, a retail business was opened last year. Using the network of travel agencies, tour guides and colleagues became buyers and collected specialty products from various places. Therefore, we spent a 7-figure amount to change the travel agency in Tsuen Wan into a physical store, which means that during the first month of trial operation, the turnover increased by 40%.
Yuan said that the retail business's business volume is still "not comparable" to the travel business, but it has now become the main income of the group. In the future, even if the tourism industry recovers, it will continue to develop the retail business. It is expected that multiple entities will continue to be opened in different regions in the future. However, it means that most travel agency shops are currently in office buildings, and the flow of people is not satisfactory, or they will not be converted to physical stores.

Yuan said that the original intention of the retail store was to "start work" for colleagues, so it has not hired retail professionals so far.
