The patrols of the Consumer Protection Division of the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Al-Hasakah organized six catering seizures against owners of violating bakeries in Qamishli.
The director of the division, Muhammad Al-Youssef, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the seizures included the production of low-quality, low-quality bread, non-compliance with work schedules, and smuggling of ration flour intended for the bread industry.
Al-Youssef indicated that there is a vigorous follow-up to the work of the bakeries in implementation of Decree No. 8 of 2021 containing the new Consumer Protection Law, with regard to emphasizing the commitment to kneading all the allocations, calling on citizens to cooperate with the Division and file complaints in the event of abuses or exploitation by sellers.
