Defendants Chen Zihua (29 years old) and Li Yuxuan (30 years old) were charged with conspiracy to collude with foreign countries or foreign forces to endanger national security, alleging that they were involved with Li Zhiying and Li Zhiying in Hong Kong from July 1, 2020 to February 15, 2021. Mark Herman Simon, Liu Zudi and others conspired to request foreign or overseas institutions, organizations, and personnel to impose sanctions, blockades, or take other hostile actions against Hong Kong or China.
