The Russian Foreign Ministry declared a diplomat at the North Macedonian Embassy in Moscow persona non grata.
“Today, the Chargé d’Affairs of North Macedonia’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation Oliveira Chausevskaya Dimovskaya was invited to the Russian Foreign Ministry and handed over a diplomatic note about declaring an employee of its embassy persona non grata,” the Russia Today website quoted the ministry as saying in a statement.
The statement added that this action is a response to the unjustified decision taken by North Macedonia last May about declaring a Russian diplomat in Skopje persona non grata.
