At least
four people were killed and nine others injured in
the multi-vehicle crash Wednesday night, according to firefighters in Phoenix, Arizona.
The accident involved a trailer carrying a milk tanker.
The nine injured people were taken to nearby hospitals,
six of them seriously injured.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found a truck that had a milk and fuel leak.
Another of the vehicles involved in the collision was found on fire.

Due to the accident, the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway is closed.
The multiple crash occurred on the east side of 52nd Street. Police said there were several vehicles involved, including a trailer carrying a tanker.

Several ambulances and fire trucks from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa rushed to the scene.
The police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
