Because anyone who had been vaccinated in a vaccination center received a printout with a personal QR code on it when they said goodbye.
So it is without a doubt the QR code that you received when you were vaccinated.
"It's great that they have already thought so far", one or the other optimist will think at this point - only to experience a bitter disappointment.

The Corona warning app cannot do anything with the Bavarian QR codes from the vaccination centers.

There remain two options.
First: wait for the other app.
The CovPass app may be able to read the QR code.
According to the Bavarian Ministry of Health, at least it should be able to do so.
At least that was a statement made to the

on Wednesday.
The ministry has not yet responded to another request on Thursday.
Second: generate a new QR code.
To do this, take your printout or your vaccination certificate, search for a participating pharmacy on mein-apothekenmanager.de from next Monday, go there and have a new QR code printed out by presenting your vaccination certificate and identity card.
This in turn can then be scanned digitally with the smartphone.
Finding a participating pharmacy shouldn't be too difficult.
According to the ministry, pharmacies receive 18 euros per QR code from the public health system.
A similar lucrative additional income as the issue of the corona masks at the time.
