This time, apart from the sale of Kai Chuan Court in Diamond Hill, Tsing Yi Tsing Fu Court and Chai Wan Die Chui Court units in the last phase of Green Homes, about 800 units of rental housing units will be sold for the first time.

According to the Housing Authority, 50,000 applications have been temporarily received this term, including 30,000 applications under the "one table with two draws" and 20,000 online applications. However, paper applications still need to verify eligibility, so the final number of applications is still In counting.

In this issue, Green Land has launched a total of 3437 units for sale, which is 13.5 times the temporary over-application.

In this phase of the new green home project, Diamond Hill Kaizuan Court has launched a total of 2,112 units, and the resale units of Die Chui Court and Tsing Fu Court also have 525 units, including the sale of about 800 recyclable units in the Tenant Purchase Scheme estates. A total of 3,437 units have been sold in this issue.

The number of forms submitted in person is still being counted

According to the Housing Authority, under the simplified application arrangements, about 30,000 green form applicants valid for HOS 2020 do not need to re-submit applications for this phase of green home ownership.

Regarding online applications, the Housing Authority has received a total of about 20,000 applications so far.

As for paper applications, green form applications must be initially verified by the estate office before they are sent to the Housing Department’s Green Home Sales Team for registration. In addition, applications will still be received by post within the day, so the final application number is still Counting.

This phase of Green Homes is expected to be drawn in July or August, and the Housing Authority will announce the final number of applications at that time.

However, it is worth noting that after the deadline for HOS applications in 2020, the Housing Authority will still announce the cumulative number of online applications and in-person submissions. Only the postal applications that will be received on the deadline are not counted.

For reference, the first "Green Home" housing estate is located in King Tai Court, San Po Kong, and a total of 16,200 forms were received in 2016; the Cheung Sha Wan Lai Chui Court, which was launched for sale in 2018, also received more than 40,000 application forms; Chai Wan Butterfly Court and Tsing Yi Tsing Fu Court, which were put on sale in 2019, received a total of 48,000 applications.
