says Patrick Roger about his new boutique inaugurated at 19, rue de Sèvres, Paris 6e.
Even more than in his other stores, the decoration testifies to the architectural and sculptural approach that the master chocolatier (MOF) has to his profession.
Lacerated metal on the wall, emerald petals, a table with a double top in the center… This is one of his works.

This artist does nothing like everyone else.
No more on Sunday than on other days.
No rest: he sculpts in his studio in Sceaux.
No lunch: he only eats chocolate, he says, the raw material for his creations.

When there isn't too much of a line, I go to the Colbert bakery to buy some bread. "
Chewing it, after chocolate, allows the aromas of cocoa to express themselves.
