For any of the justifications for the use of force sanctioned by the Charter of the United Nations, especially that the United States did not obtain the approval of the Syrian government and was not authorized by the UN Security Council to do so, and it is not in a state of legitimate self-defense against the Syrian state, which contradicts United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3314 for the year 1974.
The statement added that the United States, "with the help and funding of Western and regional countries, resorted to using agents on the ground, some of them are Syrians who have agreed to work for it, and others are foreigners whom it brought from different parts of the world and trained, armed and financed them to launch their attacks on the Syrian and Russian military and other experts of friendly countries whom it invited."
