A 90-year-old car driver was reported to the police on Thursday for her abnormal driving style.
During the inspection, the officers found that she no longer has a driver's license.
Germering - Because a forbidden telescopic baton was found in the back seat of the car, which belongs to her 52-year-old partner, the man is now in trouble with the police.
At around 8:30 a.m., the
old lady
was seen by another driver as she drove over a traffic island on Landsberger Strasse. This obviously unsettled her so much that she initially drove extremely slowly towards the town hall. After a brief standstill, she drove at walking pace into Gabriele-Münter-Strasse and from there into Untere Bahnhofstrasse. Then she turned left again onto Landsberger Strasse. Via Obere Bahnhofstrasse and Ludwig-Thoma-Strasse, she finally turned over the sidewalk onto Goethestrasse. She was then stopped by the police near the town hall square.
A check revealed
that the old woman had voluntarily given up her driver's license the previous year.
The car belonged to her significant other.
The man was still asleep when his friend started her journey.
He also has to answer for a violation of the gun law because of the baton found in the car.
