When will Franz Haslberger live up to his announcement and open an alpine farm on the Saurüsselalm in Bad Wiessee?
Green councilor Johannes von Miller followed up at the meeting on Thursday evening.
Bad Wiessee
- At the beginning of the year, the Bad Wiessee town council approved with a surprisingly clear majority the plans of landowner Franz Haslberger to convert the Saurüsselalm in the Söllbach valley into a restaurant for hikers.
It should actually start right on time for the hiking season.
Because the opening is a long time coming, Johannes von Miller (Greens) asked at the municipal council meeting how the plans are.
Mayor Robert Kühn knew from a recent phone call with Haslberger that the building applications had not yet been approved by the District Office.
"He definitely wants to open the Saurüsselalm in autumn," said Kühn.
Meanwhile, the Miesbach district office confirmed on Friday that the approval process was still ongoing.
This is not uncommon for a building application in the outdoor area, since a large number of specialist departments have to be involved.
In order to counteract the delay, however, "a partial building permit for the outbuilding has already been issued with the consent of nature conservation," the authorities say.
Much to the annoyance of the community and the people of Wiesse, Franz Haslberger closed the popular Bauer in der Au restaurant for the general public in 2013.
