The Danish government denounced the violation of Danish airspace by two Russian planes on Friday and summoned the Russian ambassador to the incident described as worrying by the Danish defense minister.
The Ministry of Defense indicated, according to the Ritzau agency, that two combat planes were sent to meet them to prevent this incursion.

"Completely unacceptable that Russian planes violate Danish airspace, twice in one day,"
Danish Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod wrote on Twitter.
According to him, the fact that this violation of Danish airspace has occurred twice makes it appear
"a deliberate action".
"We are still examining the details, but I have already taken the initiative to summon the Russian ambassador for an interview at the Foreign Ministry,"
he added.
These incursions occurred over the Danish island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea, south of Sweden.
"It is very rare to see this type of violation of Danish airspace, so two on the same day should be considered of concern,"
Defense Minister Trine Bramsen told Ritzau.
