Two men waited together with their two dogs on the platform for the U3 in the direction of the opera house, as the police from Middle Franconia * describe the incident on Facebook.
After the subway arrived, both men got on.
However, one of the dogs stopped on the platform.
His "heavily drunk" master did not notice this, however.

"The dog was dragged several meters through the track bed until the leash finally broke off," says the message.
An attentive witness then rescued the dog from the track bed.
The four-legged friend was lucky in the accident: the police apparently couldn't see any injuries on the animal.
Nevertheless, the officers of the police station in Nuremberg * - Mitte advised the master to visit a veterinarian with his dog.
