A 30-year-old Schlierseer had more than one per thousand in his blood when he got into a police check with his Fiat Panda on Thursday.
As the police announced, the young man drove down Bahnhofstrasse in Schliersee in his Fiat Panda on Thursday, June 10th, at 4.15 p.m.

The officers stopped him - and immediately smelled a clear flag.
A breath alcohol test confirmed the suspicion.
It gave a value of more than 1.1 per mille!
The Schlierseer had to have blood drawn - and surrender his driver's license.
He is also being prosecuted for drunk driving.
