This operation, accessible without an appointment, is managed by the department, which obtained 500 doses for the weekend.

And now the vaccination while we go shopping.

Since the start of the vaccination campaign, communities and health structures have been competing in their imagination to get as close as possible to eligible populations.

This weekend, the department of Seine-Saint-Denis is setting up a "vaccination village" at the Westfield Rosny 2 shopping center, in addition to the bus in circulation since March, where 4,800 injections have already been carried out.

This village will be located at gate 6, not far from the “Rosny-Bois-Perrier” RER E stop, from 10 am to 5 pm.

It is not necessary to have made an appointment to introduce yourself.

Five nurses, a doctor and 500 doses of vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna) were made available for this device.

"This operation will serve as a test to assess the relevance of such steps", indicates the department, which specifies that the team will return six weeks later for the second injection.

Vaccination next week in PMI centers

From next week, proposals will also be made in five maternal and child protection centers (PMI) in Sevran, Aulnay-sous-Bois, Villetaneuse and Pantin.

50 to 100 doses will be made available to each center.

“Thanks to the exceptional mobilization of agents, these unprecedented actions will allow us both to increase local solutions, particularly important in Seine-Saint-Denis where the supply of care is weaker than elsewhere, but also to lift the brake that can often represent the making of appointments, explains the president (PS) of the departmental council in a press release.

According to data from the Health Insurance, 29% of inhabitants of Seine-Saint-Denis received a first dose, against 41.6% throughout France.
