The activities of the Love and Loyalty Festival, which is organized by the Ministry of Tourism in cooperation with the Aleppo Governorate, began at the Citadel of Aleppo to celebrate the victory of Dr. Bashar al-Assad in the presidential elections.
The first day included a concert by Maestro Taher Mamli and the Orpheus Orchestra, during which musical pieces and songs for the badges of Syrian series and dramas that gained wide fame during the past years, including Palestinian Expatriation, People of Love, Lanterns of Lovers, Chaos, Bab al-Rih and Salah al-Din, were presented by artist Linda Bitar and a number of singers. Presentation of a song recorded from Andalusia for the Levant, entitled “Peace for your eyes”.
In a statement to reporters, Engineer Muhammad Rami Radwan Martini, Minister of Tourism, explained that the festival comes as a continuation of the mass and popular joys with the historic victory that Syria achieved by establishing the constitutional merit and the victory of Dr. Bashar al-Assad in the presidential elections, which confirmed the confidence and love of the Syrian people for the President.
He added that the ministry is working through the festival to present a group of artworks of heritage and originality, and figurative music for committed dramatic works that were presented over more than twenty-five years and were at the level of Arab issues and the Syrian Arab people, the most important of which is the Palestinian issue, Arab history, Syrian society and the civilized image that seeks The Ministries of Tourism and Culture to highlight it, which terrorism and the Mongols of the era tried to obliterate, from the amphitheater of the ancient Aleppo Citadel, recalling the epics, heroisms and blood of the martyrs that protected the castle and achieved victory.
Maestro Taher Mamli indicated that his collection of works he presented is dedicated to the people of his city of Aleppo and to all the people of Syria who were able to achieve victory over terrorism, and that the city of Aleppo today presents its message to the world, which is peace, noting the large crowd in the citadel, which shows the people of Aleppo's taste for art and music.
Engineer Zikra Hajjar, member of the Executive Office of the Aleppo Provincial Council, said that this festival comes as a translation of the joy of the people of Aleppo in achieving the constitutional entitlement and the victory of Dr. The precautionary measures to prevent corona virus and thus draw joy on the faces of the people of Aleppo.
In turn, the Aleppo artist and singer Safwan Al-Abed said that Aleppo was thirsty for holding such artistic festivals, which stopped for a while, noting the musical pieces and songs that were presented, which reflect the fine art of Ibn Aleppo, Maestro Taher Mamli.
Talal Khudair, head of the Federation of Syrian Tourism Chambers, said that the festival is an expression of the love and will of the Syrian people for the leader of the country, President Bashar al-Assad, and a message to the whole world that the people of Aleppo and Syria will remain steadfast against any external interference, and that the work process continues at all levels in tourism, industry and economy.
The opening of the three-day festival was attended by the governor of Aleppo, Hussein Diab, the secretary of the Aleppo branch of the party, Ahmed Mansour, and a crowd of social, cultural and tourist activities.
