At 8 o'clock in the morning today (12th), a 2-year-old girl fainted in bed in a village house on Heshangxiang Road, Lok Ma Chau. Her mother found her nosebleed and lost consciousness and called the police immediately.
The paramedics arrived at the scene and sent the girl to the North District Hospital for emergency treatment, but the girl died after being sent to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Later, a relative and friend of the girl went to the hospital to find out the situation. The case is still under investigation. The police claimed that the cause of the girl’s death was to be determined after an autopsy.
Sources at the scene stated that the girl, her parents, elder brother, and a family of four lived in a village house unit on the site.
