An armed man from the SDF-backed militia was killed and another wounded by the American occupation forces in an attack near the village of Umm Hujaira in the eastern countryside of Hasaka city.

Local sources told SANA that a militiaman from the SDF was killed and another wounded in an explosive device attack carried out by the popular factions on a militia car on the outskirts of Umm Hujaira village of al-Hol district in the eastern countryside of al-Hasakah city.

The sources pointed out that the (SDF) militia brought reinforcements to the area and carried out raids on the houses surrounding the place of the attack, and its gunmen besieged them for several hours, stealing their contents and detaining the people before they left the area.

Last Thursday, a gunman from the US-backed SDF was killed in an attack carried out by the popular factions on a militia point in the town of al-Hol in the eastern countryside of Hasaka.
