At about 12:00 noon today (12th), the police received a report from a passer-by stating that a humanoid object was found floating in the sea off No. 8 Nga Ying Chau Street, Tsing Yi, suspected of being drowning.

Firefighters were summoned to the scene and rescued the 87-year-old Zheng, who was unconscious on the boat.

The ambulance immediately rushed him to Renji Hospital for treatment, but he did not have enough surgery.

The police did not seize the suicide note at the scene, and the cause of death has yet to be confirmed by an autopsy.
