At 2:54 pm today (13th), a private car collided with a green minibus on Tai Chung Kiu Road in Sha Tin. The green minibus was knocked over and overturned. The accident resulted in one death and seven injuries.
A large number of firefighters rushed to the scene for rescue. Traffic police officers were directing the traffic and investigating the cause of the accident. There was a traffic congestion at the scene.
