When the little hunger comes ... the hunger must have been very big: An Olchinger (24) pulled a gun at Mc Donald's because he couldn't get anything to eat.
Olching - Even a fast-food restaurant has shop opening hours, a 24-year-old from Olching probably didn't want to accept that.
He appeared on Sunday at 1:20 a.m. at Mc Donald's in the Geiselbullach industrial park.
As the police reported, he simply ignored the fact that it was only open until 1 a.m. and the employees were already closing the shop.
He really wanted something to eat and asked the staff to be served.
Then a 31-year-old employee led the unruly guest to the door.
Then outside the nasty surprise: The Olchinger drew a gun, the employee quickly locked the door and called the police.
The 24-year-old then gave up, but the police officers caught him nearby.
The weapon could be secured.
It was a blank firing revolver for which the Olchinger had no permission.
He was also drunk with about 1.4 per mille.
A preliminary investigation into threats, coercion and violation of the Weapons Act is being conducted against the 24-year-old.
