The Iraqi security services announced that they had found weapons, missiles, and a factory for the manufacture of improvised explosive devices in the northern Kirkuk governorate.

In another context, the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity announced today that a number of northern electric power transmission lines were subjected to a terrorist attack in Kirkuk.
