Iranian First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri considered that free trade with neighboring countries supports the country's development in the fields of economy, industry and agriculture.
Fars news agency quoted Jahangiri in a statement today during a meeting held to study the latest conditions of relations between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union, as saying that the free trade agreement between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union is the way to the growth of the economy, industry and agriculture in the country, and also places a large market at the disposal of Iranian productive goods.
Jahangiri called for providing the necessary grounds for removing obstacles, finalizing the text of the free trade agreement between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union, and setting a timetable and following it up in order to expedite the final preparation and approval of the agreement.
