Our major dispute has been, for decades, that of the delimitation of our maritime zones, and we must, moreover, find a way to manage it without resorting to the escalation of tensions as last summer.
I think the best way is to agree around a common framework, respecting good neighborly relations and international law.
Our geographic location means that we live side by side with Turkey.
We therefore have common economic interests
