SANA monitored the work mechanism in Al-Sibina silo, where the head of the purchasing center, Engineer Ahmed Suleiman, stated that when the farmer arrived at the silo, some data were recorded, accompanied by identification papers, such as a certificate of agricultural origin sealed by the extension units or the Agriculture Directorate. Then wheat samples were taken to determine the degree of crimes and impurities in the crop and from Then the sample is analyzed by specialists to determine the price of wheat.
Suleiman pointed out that the experts at the center are qualified and efficient, and the samples are analyzed using accurate and approved devices.
Suleiman stated that the results of the analysis are recorded on a special card given to the farmer who produces, and then the cell in which the wheat is to be stored is chosen based on the results, and the farmer is given a notification that he has finished his crop in the center, confirming the payment of the farmer’s financial benefits within 48 hours by one of the agricultural banks of his choice.
According to Suleiman, the farmers are satisfied with the results of the analysis, stressing that the farmer has the right to object to the result if he is not satisfied with it and is convinced of it, and to re-analyze before him to confirm the result.
Suleiman pointed out that receiving wheat from farmers is according to the prices set by the Council of Ministers, which is 800 pounds per kilogram of wheat, in addition to a 100 pounds reward for the farmer for each kilogram, indicating that the purity and cleanliness of wheat has degrees and each one has a specific price.
During the delivery of his crop, farmer Munir Sadiq Al-Dabbak from the town of Al-Hujaira in Damascus countryside expressed his satisfaction with the measures taken in terms of speed in completing the receipt, taking samples and delivering the financial receipt, which did not take more than half an hour.

The delegate of the Darayya Farmers Association in Damascus Countryside, Abdel Fattah Ayoub, saw that it is the duty of every farmer to hand over his crop to state institutions that provide him with agricultural requirements and many other facilities and support a loaf of bread, calling for raising the price of wheat and eliminating the cost of sifting it.
