MK Said Al-Kharoumi of Ra'am threatened this morning (Sunday) not to vote for the formation of the government, due to his dissatisfaction with the coalition agreement signed last weekend.
Among other things, Al-Kharomi objected to some of the understandings about the enforcement and regulation of illegal construction in the Negev.
Sources in the Transformation bloc said that the chairman of Ra'am Mansour Abbas had conveyed messages that the rest of the faction was expected to support and that the swearing in of the government would go through as a series.
The sources also stated that there is a guaranteed majority, even if the Knesset members of RAAM abstain from voting.
