This is what the allies want to believe when they meet this Monday in Brussels to participate in the first Alliance summit since the arrival of Joe Biden at the White House.
On the eve of this big meeting, the Brussels town hall, located on the Grand-Place, was to light up to adorn itself in the colors of NATO.
And this Monday the Manneken-Pis will wear a dedicated costume.
