They have just started their professional life but already want to change jobs.
Whether it is to become an artist, a firefighter or a farmer, young people are the first to engage in a retraining process.
According to the 2nd edition of the Training and Employment Barometer of Center Inffo, an association under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor, 34% of 18-24 year olds take this step.
This figure is higher than among workers of any age, since one in five professionals is currently changing jobs.
These young people in search of a new profession have varied profiles: some have validated an IUT or a BTS while others have a business school or engineering degree in their pocket.

86% of these professional retraining are motivated by a desire to get closer to their values and to live more from their passions.
