The leaders of NATO countries denounced Monday, June 14 the growing threat represented by the military reinforcement of Russia and called on Moscow to respect international law, during their annual summit in Brussels.

As long as Russia does not show that it respects international law and that it honors its international obligations and responsibilities, there can be no return to normal,
" they warned in the summit's conclusions.
