Cristian Tinoco, daughter of Víctor Hugo Tinoco, said on Sunday night through a video posted on his social networks that his father was taken by non-uniformed people when he was in a shopping center with his children and that he was transferred by force in a van that does not correspond to the characteristics of official vehicles.

CNN tried to obtain a version of the National Police about these events, but so far they have not responded.
