His shop, which opened with associates last December, specializes in the sale of products made from this specific strain of cannabis, which is virtually THC-free - that is, non-narcotic, and legal.

Republik Garden is one of the many stores dedicated to this product that have been launched in recent months.
According to the Trade Union of Hemp (SPC), there are already more than 500 shops of this type in France, or about four times more than in 2018.
This is not by chance.
This highly coveted market in recent years, but which suffered from a legal vagueness as to its legality, was led by a judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), delivered on November 19, 2020. The Court there establishes that CBD is "
not a narcotic
".
