He went down in the water on Monday (June 14), said a police spokesman on Monday.

A witness eventually spotted the 15-year-old and fire department divers pulled him out of the water.
Resuscitation attempts were then unsuccessful.

According to an eyewitness, the 15-year-old should have called for help in a group of several young people and then drowned, reports RTL.
"The boy panicked and screamed," she explains.
His last words are said to have been a cry for help.
