Zhicong Lu has rich management experience and believes that it is nothing more than software and hardware analysis.

Lu Zhicong believes that software is more important than hardware, but poor hardware will also limit the first-class medical team. Lu Zhicong shared the philosophy of governance and believed that it is a good phenomenon for headhunting companies to beckon to colleagues, which represents their high level, but in the end they will choose public hospitals and work like him until retirement because of a happy working environment.
